IT Program Manager

cFocus Software seeks an IT Program Manager to join our program supporting the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). This position is on-site in Washington, DC. This position requires active Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Cybersecurity Experience
• 10+ years of IT Program Management Experience specifically supporting Cybersecurity Programs
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Field
• Active CISSP, CASP+, CySA+ and Security+CE Certification
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Duties:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program and overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional IT project-oriented work efforts.
• Develop the program strategy, supporting business case, and various program plans.
• Ensures integration of project and adjusts scope, timing, and budget as needed.
• Establishes and implements IT program management processes and methodologies to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting program plans and/or resources.
• Delivers presentations and leads client meetings
