About o9 Solutions

[o9 Solutions] is a leading AI-powered integrated business planning platform that helps companies make smarter, faster decisions. We are looking for a Security Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to strengthening our cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats.
• Assist in analyzing logs and identifying security incidents.
• Work with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Support vulnerability assessments and security audits.
• Research and document emerging security threats and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in incident response activities, including threat containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of security concepts, such as malware, phishing, firewalls, and encryption.
• Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, Wireshark, Nessus, Splunk) is a plus.
• Understanding of networking protocols and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
