Position Overview

Software Engineer responsible for developing the next generation collective training software systems.  

This includes the training management tools leveraging modern Angular frameworks, and microservices within Java along with the simulators and simulations leveraged in this next generation training environment.

Software will be developed in an Agile DEVSECOPs development environment.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, or software engineering from an accredited college or university. 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development with relative agile development tools experience. Requires competence with Angular, TypeScript, Java, and NodeJS along with software analysis and design, performance analysis, configuration, code and data management.  
• Agile development experience in a DEVSECOPS environment is an advantage.
• Experience with simulation systems like AVCATT, NCM3, CCTT, WARSIM, OneSAF, JDLM and general simulation experience not required, but is a plus.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

In accordance with the specifications of a government contract, eligibility for this position mandates U.S. Citizenship status and ability to obtain Secret security clearance. The precise security clearance requisites will be detailed in the Government's Task Order.

Some travel may be required.
