Global Information and Cyber Security Analyst

In this role you will be responsible to act as trusted advisor and collaborate cross function to incorporate security best practices into project lifecycles and operations.  You will need to deliver trainings, guidance, and coaching to improve security awareness and compliance across the company.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Analyze and assess risks to identify systematic issues and risks and recommend and support initiation of initiatives for the organization
• Guide teams in addressing potential security risks and implementing effective controls.
• Provide technical risk insights on securing IT and OT environments, emphasizing secure connectivity, data protection, and system reliability.
• Assist in selecting appropriate security solutions and tools for specific use cases
• Acting as SME for information security best practices (esp. TISAX, ISO27001)
• Provide tailored security recommendations and collaborate with project teams that align with business objectives
• Provide training, guidance, development, and coaching to support the activities to improve security awareness and compliance at all levels of the company
• Foster strong relationships across departments to promote a security-conscious culture

     If you have/are:

• University degree or equivalent in IT/Security/Cyber-Security or similar
  

• 3-5 years Information Security or IT Security best practices and frameworks experience
• Technical cyber security experience
• Understanding of OT Security, Product security and Risk methodology
• Strong communication skills

• Team player with global thinking and acting with great understanding of InfoSec and IT operational procedures.
• Ability to present complex information verbally and written in a clear, concise manner
• Strong business understanding
• Security related certifications preferred: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CSX or similar
• Knowledge of one or more of the following frameworks: COBIT, ISO 2700x, COSO, NIST, ITIL, TISAX, SOX
