Your Impact in This Role:

As an Internship Product Support Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting enterprise customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with complex systems while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate technical issues reported by enterprise customers and attempt to reproduce them in a test environment.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with Claroty’s Enterprise Support customers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams.
  • Learn and develop troubleshooting skills related to networking, security, and system administration.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and customer updates to gain insights into enterprise-level support operations.
  • Document technical findings and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Understanding of Linux systems and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and HTTP.
  • Interest in learning about REST APIs and IT integrations (LDAP, SIEM, SAML).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
  • Effective communication skills with a proactive approach to customer success.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with Wireshark, databases, or virtualization is a plus but not required.
  • Interest or background in Operational Technology (OT) or Medical IT is an advantage.
