We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Python Coder to join our thriving Cyber Team!
Day to day responsibilities:
· Work with IT counterparts from other departments in designing, building and validating system integrations.
· Review co-workers code prior to sending into production.
· Work alongside the Development Engineering team to enhance the platform, providing stability, pipeline automation and low-level debugging, as well as coordinating input from multiple development processes.
· Undertake work that automates repetitive tasks for other departments.
· Mentor Junior coders to enhance their coding skill sets.
· Write and review documentation for procedures and structures.
Essential Traits
• Minimum 2 year(s) of experience and knowledge of Python
• Experience with Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps
• Working with APIs integrating multiple toolsets
• Basic Networking Knowledge
• Experience of working with SIEM, EDR, or other Security Tools
• Understanding of Security Concepts
Common types of attacks and mitigations
• Proven capability to learn and deliver to a high standard against tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to relay complex technical subject matter to non-technical decision makers.
• Demonstrable analytical and technical aptitude with focus on identifying and alleviating the root cause of issues to help solve problems.
• Create robust and scalable multi-region solutions to accommodate our growing user base.
• Proven ability to thrive and respond to frequent demands of multiple constituents, both internal and external, in a high demand, customer-centric environment
Desirable
Experience of the following skills would be advantageous:
• Bash
