What you'll do:

The Security Analyst will have exposure to multiple security and technology areas within the Identity Access Management Team. This individual works with varying levels of leadership to provision and deprovision access for their employees. In addition to monitoring request queues, this position uses a variety of technical tools to address security access requests for the company. This employee will also be responsible for troubleshooting access related issues with end user and application owners. • Learn the administrative interface and underlying entitlement data for all administered applications.
• Provision/deprovision accounts and enable/disable access entitlements for internal bank users in response to security access requests and in compliance with established control procedures.
• Lead by example in working within established control procedures 
• Monitor work queues and mailboxes to respond to access requests in a timely manner while handling confidential information (PII).
• Troubleshoot application access-related issues with users and SMEs.
• Timely escalation of issues to management to avoid impacting the business.
• Generate reporting and metrics showing both key risk indicators and key performance indicators relating to the access management functions.
• Comply with federal and internal audit requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Train and mentor team and new team members on all CAM related processes
• Participate as a member of emergency task forces to address mission critical assignments in emergency environments when/if they arise.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures to establish clear guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with app and tech owners to integrate IAM solutions into existing and new apps seamlessly.
• Monitor existing Power Automate workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and generate innovative ideas for streamlining IAM processes.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is preferred.
• 3 years of working IT experience in a professional setting, including IAM is required.
• Working experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory is required.
• Working experience with Privileged Access Management and Role-based access controls is required.
• Working experience with SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and other frameworks is preferred.
