Senior Global IT Security Specialist (IAM)
Position of broad specialization, with the main area focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this role, the employee will ensure continuous operation and management on IT Security across GGH (Canpack and TGC) global environment.
This role will closely cooperate with varius internal teams (OT, Infrastructure) and with business stakeholders. Also, role will be responsible for contact with external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
On daily basis will be responsible globally for IT Security related work and support including security incidents response and handling, cooperation with MSSP team, work with Data Loss Prevention, Privilege Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Security Awareness and other IT Security systems.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and Supervision of IAM System: Ensure compliance with security policies and handle access requests, while working with IAM products like Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Procedure Management: Prepare, verify, implement, and maintain global procedures related to information security and IT business continuity.
Incident Management: Respond to security incidents, analyze their causes, and resolve detected IT security and IT business continuity issues, proposing and implementing necessary security mechanisms.
Ongoing Monitoring and Improvement: Maintain, monitor, and enhance information security management systems and IT business continuity in accordance with legal provisions, standards, and company needs.
Global Participation: Actively contribute to information security and business continuity initiatives worldwide, proposing improvements and changes to existing processes.
Project Management: Oversee information security projects, making decisions within the project’s framework and working within the appointed Implementation Team.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders globally and provide ad-hoc analysis on key security-related business questions.
Supplier and Vendor Cooperation: Partner with suppliers and vendors in the field of information security and IT business continuity.
Internal Control: Conduct internal audits on systems and processes, perform IT security risk analysis, and assess IT business continuity.
Escalation Support: Provide escalation support for any solution issues that may arise.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor, in line with the company's objectives.
Leadership: Motivate and influence people, driving positive changes in attitudes and behaviors across teams.
Requirements:
Relevant experience of 5-10 years in IT security, IAM, or a similar domain.
Hands-on experience with one or more IAM systems (preferred): OneIdentity, SailPoint, CyberArk, Savyint.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Endpoint & Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security (Azure, MS365 stack), DLP, SIEM, PAM, VM, and Security Awareness (e.g., KnowBe4).
IT Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, SCCP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, OCSP, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, and other relevant security frameworks.
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
English proficiency at a professional level (both written and spoken).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including remote and external resources.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capable of working with minimal guidance while knowing when to seek assistance or clarification.
Proficiency in understanding and developing enterprise policies and technical standards, particularly related to data loss protection and secure configuration.
A strong desire to learn and stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in data loss protection management, security exploits, hacker tactics, and overall security operations.
