The ideal candidate will have hands-on tactical or strategic experience with military and/or other government entities is ideal but a strong technical background is sufficient. The successful candidate will have experience with leading testing and evaluation of Department of Defense (DoD) applied research and advanced technology development of networking prototypes in an operationally relevant environment. The candidate will have experience involving direct engagement with government transition partners within the DoD and Intelligence Community and related stakeholders Program administration, including development of technical analyses, identification of technology gaps, technical risk management, project cost estimation, technology transfer efforts, as well as supporting technical reviews.  Travel: 10-20 %  Required Experience:•    Experience in one or more of the following areas: network engineering, cyber security, program analysis, reverse engineering, quantum information
•    Experience supporting DoD research programs in areas of technology, technology management, engagement with research performers, deliverable reviews, and leading regular calls or meetings with research performers on technical basis
•    Familiar with DoD security guidance, policy, and program execution with respect to test events, conducting research, and technology transition
•    Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
•    Meticulous attention to detail and organizational approach and abilities 
•    B.S. degree or higher in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, information science or mathematics related field
•    Top Secret security clearance and must be SCI eligible
