  • Drive cybersecurity resilience by developing and implementing cutting-edge risk management strategies. 
  • Must have knowledge of the popular security frameworks such as Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework, the ACSC Essential Eight and 27001. 
  • Hybrid role – 3 days in our Ultimo office, 2 days working from home

The Opportunity 

 

In your new role, you will track cyber security risks and ensure our security practices comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.  

 

You will focus on identifying and mitigating cyber security risks, maintaining compliance evidence, and facilitating audits and reviews.

 

Your strong understanding of information security principles, regulatory frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards will help you succeed in enhancing Transgrid’s cyber security posture.

 

 

About you 

 

  • A strong consultative approach with great written and verbal communications skills. 
  • A passion for cyber security and a deep technical background. 
  • Experience in facilitating internal audit, external audit and security reviews by regulatory bodies. 
  • Ability to analyse cyber security risks and provide timely and technically effective treatment guidance. 
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in an appropriate discipline, or equivalent industry relevant experience.
