IAM Senior Architect

Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Identity and Access Management (IAM) mission is to provide Identity Governance and management services to all it’s employees and partners.
Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience in the IT field, at least 5+ years in the IAM field.
- Capacity to act as technical lead.
- Strong Knowledge in PowerShell, Python, GitLab, Terraform, Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, Active Directory.
- In depth understanding of identity Protocols and technologies: OpenID Connect (OIDC,) OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, SCIM, and platforms such as MS Azure, Terraform, Gitlab.
- Okta / Saviynt / Cyberark / AWS / Alicloud / GCP knowledge is a plus.
- Manage and monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify and develop service opportunities.
- Solid and practical understanding of technology, including identity flows and processes.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to learn

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, and maintenance of IAM’s technical solutions, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Secret Management.
- Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedures and infrastructure.
- Drives execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions aligned with, Richemont’s IAM ambition, industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in execution.
- Conduct regular assessments of IAM infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, areas for improvements, and recommending remediation measures to strengthen security posture of the IAM stack at Richemont.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on technical processes and technologies, staying abreast of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in IAM and cybersecurity domains.
- Drive automation initiatives to optimize IAM workflows, enhance efficiency, and minimize manual intervention in access management processes.
- Collaborate with Technology and Security teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments, not only from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate with Product Area Managers and other relevant stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the vision and goals of the product.
- Work with stakeholders to address issues related to resources, dependencies, or external factors.
- Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, support Digital Technology in any change management process for development, QA, and production environments.
- Support Level 3 tickets including bugs, outages, new feature request.
- Provide reports as requested for compliance, architecture or security-wise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Certifications in different technologies is a plus.
- Proven experience of 10+ years of experience in the IT field, at least 5+ years in the IAM field.
- Solid experience with agile tools and frameworks, such as Jira, Confluence, Kanban, and Scrum.
- Knowledge of French, German or Spanish languages is a plus.
