Role and responsibilities

SAP technology clearly is one of the backbones of the innovative power of our organization. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Security and Compliance Transition and Transformation lead to guide our team through the evolution of its SAP security and compliance framework. This role will be instrumental in shaping the SAP Security and Compliance roadmap, ensuring the organization effectively transition to a structured, sustainable model for managing all SAP security and compliance responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional project and change management skills, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in complex organizational environments. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Roadmap Development:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the SAP Security and Compliance roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.

• Define key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for transition and transformation process.

Project and Change Management

• Lead the end-to-end transition of the SAP Security and Compliance function, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.

• Drive change management initiatives, fostering organizational alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of goals and objectives.

Stakeholder management:

• Build strong relationship with business and IT stakeholders, advocating for the importance of SAP Security and Compliance.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating the value of compliance measures of drive business adoption.

• Facilitate cross-sector collaboration to ensure alignment and commitment across teams.

Team Coordination and Planning:

• Support the team to bring the team together with a clear vision, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Develop work plans and schedules to optimize team performance and resource allocation.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team

Communication and Advocacy:

• Clearly articulate the significance of SAP security and compliance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Deliver regular updates, progress reports, and presentations to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Act as a champion for continuous improvement, ensuring compliance measures evolve alongside organizational needs.

Education and experience

• Bachelor- or Master degree in Informatics, IT management, Business Management or similar education.

• Minimum of 10+ years professional experience with a focus on Project / Program management in SAP or SAP security.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to align and motive divers teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of building strong relationships across business and IT.

• Experience with security on a wide range of SAP applications, in multiple (enterprise) environments (or alternatively as a consultant for the Big Four) is a must in this role as well as having  hands-on experience in implementing and utilizing SAP security tools.

• Familiar with current security technologies, some knowledge in current and future developments for SAP, knowledge of IT Risk/security frameworks and best practices, such as NIST Cyber security framework, ISF Standard of Good Practice for Information Security, IEC 62443, NIST SP 800 30 framework, ISO 27001/2 framework.

• Valid industry certifications such as PMI, SAFe, Agile and IT audit experience are a plus.

• You have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, being able to further develop SAP security within ASML by building trusting and long term relationships.

• You are tenacious and possess the ability to overcome organizational resistance, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

• You are a self-starter, able to operate autonomously with little guidance.

• Last but not least, you are comfortable in starting up several projects at the same time without losing the overview and bigger picture.
