CLIENT SUCCESS PROGRAM ANALYST

The Client Success team is a core group within Drawbridge. As an agile team, Client Success works to provide best in class service and support to our clients. As a Client Success Program Analyst, you will assist with maintaining relationships and the service delivery of certain products with clients, their IT resources, and associated third parties. You will work to gain an understanding of the Drawbridge business process, engagement deliverables and services, cybersecurity risk management, IT controls, and regulatory standards. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, working with many of the world’s most successful asset management firms.
The Client Success Program Analyst will report to the Client Success Team Program Manager. This entry level role is intended to provide the necessary building blocks and understanding of Drawbridge’s cyber program and associated deliverables, as well as our approach to client engagement as a trusted advisor. This will prepare you for potential advancement and additional responsibilities.

In this role you will:
- Partner with Client Success Team members to ensure the timely completion and delivery of services.
- Facilitate and participate in dialogue and consulting conversations with clients, IT providers and applicable third parties.
- Draft and update Client Cybersecurity Policies
- Collaborate with Program Advisors, partner with Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure positive client health
- Help to maintain aspects of the deliverable lifecycle across multiple Client relationships
- Carry out information gathering and report generation for Cyber Risk Assessments, Policy Development, and related Drawbridge products
- Monitor project statuses, update internal trackers, and provide status updates to team members and/or clients
- Follow up with clients to help ensure they remain on schedule to receive their subscribed deliverables.
You Have
- 0-2 Years of Experience, preferably in a client/customer facing role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce (or similar ticket/case management systems)
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability and willingness to take on projects outside of the regular scope of work
- Solid team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of hedge fund, private equity, or venture capital operations/compliance
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud Technology, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Incident Response
