Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a ServiceNow Developer to support Public Sector Solutions.

This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements/specifications from teams.
  • Creating custom workflows.
  • Build service requests to meet requirements.
  • Generate views and reports as needed.
  • Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • Perform system, integration, and 508 compliance testing.
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.
  • Assess existing ServiceNow usage and recommend forward evolution to maximize efficiencies.
  • Create scripts to automate tasks.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.


Required skills:

  • Linux/Unix System Administration.
  • Development experience using JavaScript or other higher level development languages.
  • Familiarity with Web based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
  • Minimum 2 yrs experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Implementer.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Experience leading a team of three and interfacing with internal teams.


Desired skills:

  • Experience in managing a Self-Hosted ServiceNow instance to include performing required upgrades to the ServiceNow Core applications.
  • Java Development.
  • Knowledge of the Agile development methodology.
  • Experience gathering requirements.
  • Experience prioritize workload based on internal and external impact.
  • ServiceNow Certifications a plus (Administrator, Developer).
  • Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications: Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (NOTE: Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree).

Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP).

Our ServiceNow Developer / Team Lead (SE II) (Government) earns between $108,000 - $196,000 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
