Salesforce Inc. seeks Lead Offensive Security Engineer in Bellevue, WA:

Job Duties: Deliver services related to Offensive Operations and Vulnerability Research, Lead Red Team Operations efforts, improve work daily through innovation and automation, partner with Blue Team to uplift security capabilities, promote Salesforce Security through community contributions. Perform full scope targeted penetration testing engagements. Perform full scope Adversarial Simulation/Red Team assessments of Salesforce and its acquisitions. Perform Red Team assessments including physical, social engineering and network exploitation. Provide support in ongoing assessment by writing tools/setting up infrastructure. Collaborate with other teams to enhance the security posture of the company. Build, deploy, and manage Red Team operational infrastructure. Develop and implement automated systems to help spot known security exposures of the company. Carefully document the different phases of the kill-chain for root-cause analysis and present findings to the various stakeholders (security staff, engineers, executive team). Mentor other Offensive Security engineers on your tradecraft. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) C; (2) Python; (3) x86 assembly language; (4) Java; (5) Go; (6) Operating Systems; (7) Network Security; (8) x86 and C Binary Reverse Engineering; (9) Embedded Systems Hacking and Security; (10) Cloud Security (AWS or Azure); (11) Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Splunk; (12) Threat modeling; (13) Information assurance; (14) Payload/exploit Development; (15) Vulnerability and Risk assessment; (16) Reverse engineering tools; (17) Offensive penetration testing. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $167,300.00 - $253,000.00 per annum.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $253,000.
