Summary

We are looking for an “Internal Auditor IT (f/m/d)” for the “Internal Audit” department at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

As an Internal Auditor IT, independent and objective auditing and consulting services are provided to secure the assets of HENSOLDT AG, create added value and improve business processes.
The “Internal Audit” function is located at the highest level in the Finance department. In technical terms, this assignment links the task with other central topics and thus offers short coordination channels.

Your Tasks

• Planning, preparation and implementation of risk-oriented audits and special audits in the area of IT in all companies of the HENSOLDT Group

• Independently assessing the appropriateness and effectiveness of IT controls, processes and systems and developing measures to improve efficiency and reduce risk potential

• Analyzing and evaluating the security of IT infrastructure components, systems and applications of the companies

• Carrying out data analyses as part of audits

• Preparing audit reports and independently coordinating the results and improvement measures with the heads of the audited areas

• Assessing the functionality, effectiveness and appropriateness of the internal management and control system (ICS)

• Participation in the preparation of the annual audit plan

• Participation in special projects within the HFA department and the Group

Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data analytics or comparable

• Extensive professional experience in IT auditing or another IT area (system administration, IT security)

• Experience in the field of auditing in general

• Ideally IT audit-specific certification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or IT Risk Management Certification (CRISC)

• Knowledge of common IT process frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL) and IT security frameworks (BSI basic protection, ISO2700x, NIST)

• Ability to grasp complex issues and to analyze them in a structured manner, to identify problems and to present solutions clearly and comprehensibly

• Above-average communication and presentation skills, to convince highly qualified IT colleagues and IT managers

• Business fluent in German and English
