Project Lead, Strategic Operations - Office of CEO
Job Summary:
The Project Lead, Strategic Operations, will be part of a team that helps run the rhythm of the business across three major categories: Business Planning, Strategic Operations, and Strategy. The role is highly cross functional in nature and helps drive the company’s top priorities. This is a high-impact role with high visibility in the company reporting into the Office of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Insights, Decision Support and Analysis:
- Assist the Office of the CEO in gathering data, conducting research, and analyzing business trends to support decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives based on business performance and market conditions.
Strategic Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Lead and manage high-priority projects, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion of initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments, ensuring effective collaboration and timely follow-up on key action items
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and ensure that projects are executed
Corporate Planning and Alignment:
- Help manage corporate calendar (Company All Hands, Quarterly Business Reviews, EStaff Meetings) through: Agenda setting, Content outlines and creation, Follow-up with summary notes and action items
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience working directly with senior leadership, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy development.
Skills:
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Google / Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.

- Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Prior experience at a high-growth start-up is a plus.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $112,000 and $157,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
