Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking an Electronic Warfare / Electromagnetic Spectrum Analysis - junior to support “MCIA Analysis, Geospatial Imagery, & Counterintelligence (MAGIC) Support Service” covering Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis in support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3) and Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (CI HUMINT) Directorates. This position will be at the customer’s primary location at Quantico, VA.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Maintain situational awareness of and analyze the Electromagnetic Operating Environment (EMOE) USMC forces will be/are operating in.
• Conduct all-source methods to assess foreign electronic warfare (EW) and cyberwarfare capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze foreign capabilities to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC emissions and signals throughout the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) to include, but not limited to emissions from targeting, communications, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) assets.
• Assess ability to execute Command and Control in a denied and degraded communications environment.
• Assess USMC targeting systems and C4ISR systems vulnerability to lethal and non-lethal effects in and throughout the EMS.
• Identify, monitor, and assess advancements in emerging and commercial technologies that could be employed by state non-state actors to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC electronic emissions and signals..

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Normal office environment.
• During high-tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time.

• As needed.
