We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our cybersecurity efforts in securing IT, cloud, and operational technology (OT) environments, including additive manufacturing and industrial control systems (ICS). You will ensure compliance with industry standards, develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident response efforts. Additionally, you will oversee secure software development, manage key security tools, and collaborate with global teams to strengthen our cybersecurity posture.

Your Mission:
Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, DFARS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, and IEC 62443 for product and industrial security.
•
Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures for IT, cloud, and OT environments.
•
Secure IT, cloud, and OT environments, including additive manufacturing, industrial control systems (ICS), and operational technology (OT).
•
Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing across enterprise IT and OT systems.
•
Implement and enforce security controls to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness for CMMC, DFARS, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.
•
Lead security incident response efforts, rapidly containing and mitigating threats across corporate and industrial systems.
•
Oversee product security and secure software development (SDLC), integrating SAST, DAST, and OWASP Top 10 into the software development lifecycle to ensure secure coding practices.
•
Manage SIEM, EDR, firewalls, DLP, vulnerability scanning, encryption, IDS/IPS, and cloud security, ensuring strong defense-in-depth strategies.
•
Integrate security into change management and operational workflows, balancing risk management with business enablement.
•
Drive security strategy and work with global teams to influence leadership on security investments, strengthening the overall cybersecurity posture.

Educate and train employees on security best practices, providing awareness and guidance across the organization.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external suppliers, to embed security into product development, deployment, and maintenance
Your Talents
•
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field (not mandatory but preferred).
•
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in information security, with a strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
•
Experience in cloud security platforms and IT security tools such as firewalls, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and code scanning tools.
•
Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and protocols (including OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO27001).
•
Exposure to product security platforms and vulnerability management, ideally in an Operational Technology (OT) environment.
•
Experience overseeing product security and secure software development (SDLC), integrating SAST, DAST, and OWASP Top 10 into the software development lifecycle.
•
Experience in incident response, with a solid understanding of security monitoring and logging.
•
Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, DFARS, CMMC, and other security and compliance regulations.
•
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•
Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills (preferably German) are a plus.
•
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Sec+, GIAC, or similar certifications are highly valued.
•
The applicant must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
