We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and management with expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, SharePoint, and API integrations (REST and SOAP). As a key contributor, you will drive innovation and automation initiatives, working in a fast-paced environment to enhance business processes and efficiency in the cybersecurity domain.

As a Cybersecurity Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and managing integrations using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Building, testing, and maintaining REST and SOAP API connections for seamless data exchange.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs.
• Identifying opportunities to automate and innovate processes, leading initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitoring and optimizing SharePoint performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Providing technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices to maintain cutting-edge

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Have advanced education or certifications in applicable technologies are preferred.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data manipulation and automation, or Databricks experience (or equivalent Data Analytics platform).
• Be proficient in SharePoint development and engineering.
• Be proficient of API integrations, including REST and SOAP protocols.
• Have demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team in a high-paced environment.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Have communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Characteristics

• Have experience with automation tools and platforms.
• Be familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
