OverviewBeyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst  supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB in Tullahoma, TN. The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for the security posture of the information systems and verify cybersecurity policies and procedures are being properly implemented and executed. They will also provide solutions to cybersecurity problems by applying technical principles, theories and concepts.Job Duties:• Assist the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in oversight of day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations. • Perform auditing of information systems.• Perform continuous monitoring activities in accordance with the system security plan. • Conduct security IS training. • Collaborate with various teams to understand and gather system artifacts for security compliance verification. • Utilize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to gather and analyze security data from information system components to develop and track corrective actions for security vulnerabilities. • Document the results of Assessment and Authorization activities and assist with preparation of the System Security Plans and the Plan of Actions and Milestones POA&M. • It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. • Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.• Have and maintain a DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 certification or higher (CAP, GSLC, Security+ CE, CASP, CISM, CISSP).• Information Systems auditing experience. • Current Secret clearance with eligibility for access to Special Access Program (SAP) information.• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and the AEDC local area network.• Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications• Prior experience in roles such as System or Network Administrator, Auditor or ISSO.• Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as ACAS, NESSUS, SCAP, CornerBowl, SPLUNK.
