Job Description

Manage day to day IT Operation and client/ customer’s interaction and

expectation regarding cyber security and network infrastructure and

customers support center

1. Responsible to ensure core IT infrastructure are performing optimally,

security setting adhered to, performance monitoring/ tuning carried out,

preventive maintenance/ housekeeping jobs are done in a timely and orderly manners
2. Supervision of IT Infrastructure vendors on day to day operation and project deliverables
3. Responsible to keep abreast of new IT Infrastructure technologies and gear in order to improve the services that is offered to the customers
4. Responsible for any technical aspects in every project related to Cyber Security and network.
5. Responsible to protect Cutomers information and IT infrastructure from

internal and external threats.
6. Technical presenter & liaison officer for Internal & External Project
7. Responsible to ensures that all asset (hardware, software & licenses) under the IT Infrastructure are managed, accounted for and maintained well.
8. Responsible to ensures all procurement process, delivery, implementation & payment are efficient in accordance with Standard of Practice (SOP).
9. Managing technical requirement, documentation, report generation, base

lining, proof of concept and other periodic project activity.
10. Responsible to communicate, both verbal and written, across multiple Vendor and Service Provider organizations.
11. Manage day to day IT operation & client / customer’s interaction and

expectations regarding network, server, cyber security, data center

infrastructure and customers support center.
12. Designing, installing, monitoring, and maintaining IT Infrastructure (Network / Server / Cybersecurity/Others)
