The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:

Role Overview:

The Directory Management IAM Delivery Manager will report directly to the Director of Directory Management (DM) within the Identity and Access Management organization.  The IAM Delivery Manager's main objective is to provide strategic project and portfolio management oversight within the organization to ensure deliverables are aligned with the strategic vision.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure scope of work within Directory Management aligns with the strategic roadmap.
  • Provide project management oversight into critical efforts within the Directory Management portfolio. 
  • Partner with EIS PMO office to ensure there is alignment between the PMO and Directory Management Service Owner.
  • Serve as CORE Focal for Directory Management organization and facilitate CORE engagement activities
  • Resource allocation tracking – work with leaders and team to ensure time tracking and analyze trends
  • Assist with planning and coordinating team meeting agendas, team offsites, and other DM alignment meetings.
  • Monitor, track and status team planner tasks to ensure efforts are on track through completion.
  • Provide leadership and guidance with a prioritization system for delegations.
  • Serve as a program management liaison between the Directory Management team and the SAT Migration team
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to continuously look for synergies and opportunities for the various -Directory Management teams to collaborate collectively as an organization
  • Lead special projects as deemed necessary by the Director of Directory Management

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 7+ years experience in project management
  • 10+ years user experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in Directory Management and Identity Access Management a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects or initiatives simultaneously 
  • CORE Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and mindset for continuous improvement
  • Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
