As the Information Security Administrator, you will monitor and manage security tools; address user concerns and security alerts. Assist in threat hunting, log analysis and risk mitigation. Perform network scans and testing to identify and address vulnerabilities.

What you’ll do:

• Design and perform network scans and testing to identify system weakness and vulnerabilities, work with other teams to remediate the noted risks

• Manage IT Security email box and address user concerns

• Handle HEAT tickets related to cyber requests

• Monitor cyber alerts and assist in analyzing security logs and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Education: studied computer science, information technology or cyber security in an accredited university or college

• 5+ year experience in the IT or cyber security area

• Knowledge in Red Team, penetration testing, NIST framework

• Experience in Python, Linux and Windows OS

• Security tools – Sophos, Forcepoint Web Filter, Palo Alto Firewall, Splunk, Symantec, Trend Micro, MobileIron, Network Scanning/Security Assessment Tools is preferred

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, communication and critical-thinking skills

• Must be self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently

• On-call and after-hours support is required
