We are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate growth. This leader will own the entire growth marketing funnel, driving demand generation, optimizing digital campaigns, and enhancing conversion rates across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in B2B cybersecurity marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for helping organizations secure their cloud .

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a growth marketing strategy tailored to the cloud security industry, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and performance optimization.
  • Own and optimize the growth funnel, from brand awareness to customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn), global campaigns, web mktg, and email automation.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging with industry-specific security challenges and solutions.
  • Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Stay ahead of cloud security industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
  • Manage marketing budgets and establish clear KPIs for tracking campaign performance and growth success.

What you will bring with you

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of B2B cybersecurity marketing, including account-based marketing (ABM), developer-focused campaigns, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid search, content marketing, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a test-and-learn mindset.

What we look for

  • 10+ years including prior experience marketing cybersecurity products, services, or threat intelligence solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity buyer personas, including CISOs, IT security teams, and compliance officers.
  • Experience in growth hacking and viral marketing strategies for cybersecurity awareness.
  • Familiarity with global cybersecurity regulations and compliance standards (GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between 196,000 USD and 269,500 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
