The IAM Analyst (SailPoint Specialist) will be responsible for building and managing the Identity and Access Management solutions within SailPoint for a global organization. This role requires deep expertise in SailPoint ICS IdentityNow, along with a strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and efficient access management across the organization.
Responsibilities
· Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint ICS IdentityNow.
· Manage and maintain the SailPoint platform, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with security standards.
· Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures, ensuring secure and compliant access management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
· Monitor and audit IAM activities, identifying and addressing potential security risks.
· Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
· Conduct regular reviews and assessments of IAM processes and tools, recommending improvements as needed.
· Prepare and present reports on IAM activities, issues, and compliance to senior management.
· Configure and support Access Certificaitons
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in IAM, with hands-on experience with SailPoint ICS IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
· Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
· Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Identity Security Engineer Certification) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with other IAM tools and technologies, such as Okta, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IAM processes.
