Security Analyst

We are expanding HomeToGo’s technology team in Lithuania and are looking for the brightest talents to join this growing company.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding HomeToGo by protecting digital infrastructure from evolving threats. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand security needs, implement effective solutions, and ensure smooth system operation.
Your expertise will drive cyber security initiatives, from threat detection and risk mitigation to incident response and continuous improvement. Staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll help build a resilient security environment capable of withstanding emerging challenges.

In this role, you will

• Continuously monitor our networks and systems to detect any security intrusions or breaches
• Spearhead investigation leading into incident response when a security breach occurs, partaking in both resolving the issues and in the forensic analyses to understand the nature of the incidents 
• Engage with colleagues throughout the group on security related topics
• Assist in evaluating our organization's security posture, performing risk assessments and threat modeling to identify areas of weakness
• Assist in developing and maintaining our organization's security documentation  while ensuring they are in line with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Foster a culture of security awareness by educating other employees about the importance of cyber security, including conducting training sessions or seminars
• Evaluate third-party service providers for security concerns and ensure any technology utilized by the organization meets our security standards

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience as a Security Analyst
• Familiarity with cloud environments, network and security protocols, operating systems, and database platforms, along with expertise in cyber security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, EDR/XDR, SIEM systems, and ELK stack
• Experience in managing cyber security incidents, including digital forensics and an understanding of common attack techniques
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively in a technology environment
• Understanding of how to develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex security issues, often under pressure
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or CASP+ to validate expertise in the field
• Fluency in English

Salary range: € 3000 - 5500 (gross / month)
