Pentester - Ethical Hacker

Eye Security is a fast-growing international scale-up providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance to organizations across Europe. We're a lean team in a high-growth phase, hiring across Europe, with our headquarters in the Netherlands. 

 
About the role: 

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and thrive on identifying vulnerabilities before they become threats? At Eye Security, we're seeking a skilled Penetration Tester who can focus solely on what they do best: hacking. Unlike traditional roles, our Penetration Testers are not burdened with report writing; we want you to channel all your expertise into proactive security measures. 

Your role at Eye: 

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, networks, and systems to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities. 

• Collaborate closely with our security and customer operations to detect and notify customers on critical vulnerabilities in their infrastructure.  

• Stay abreast of the latest security threats, tools, and methodologies to ensure our practices remain cutting-edge.  

What will you bring: 

• Proven experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or related cybersecurity roles.  

• Strong understanding of web security, network protocols, operating systems, and application security.  

• Proficiency with penetration testing tools and frameworks.  

• Ability to think like an attacker to identify how vulnerabilities might be exploited. 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP) are a plus.
