Operational & Compliance Analyst

The Operational & Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes related to vendor administration, report management, data audits, and compliance within tools such as Beeline and Synergi. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication to interact with vendors and internal teams on a global scale.

Responsibilities

 Operations Management

  • Process and approve timesheets, reports, and pending requests.
  • Administer and audit Beeline data hygiene (SOW drafts, open requests, amendments).
  • Organize and maintain the SharePoint site, ensuring outdated information is removed.
  • Validate CCM modifications in Beeline and follow up with vendors.
  • Coordinate the management of pending SOWs, ensuring timely approvals.
  • Validate and manage vendor user accounts and permissions in the system.
  • Oversee reports of pending milestone approvals and delayed payments.
  • Audit reports on tenure-based discounts for staff augmentation vendors.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and daily onboarding/matching requests.
  • Perform quarterly credential reconciliations for security access.
  • Conduct audits on project closures, ensuring complete invoicing.

 Management & Vendor Governance

  • Execute functional testing in Beeline to ensure proper process execution.
  • Update and maintain Job Aids based on Beeline process changes.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Manage reports for forensic investigations requested by Corporate Investigations.
  • Conduct monthly audits on active vendors within the Master Inventory List.

Third-Party Governance

  • Manage the Due Diligence process in Synergi, assessing third-party risks in information security, regulatory compliance, data privacy, sustainability, and AI.
  • Administer the Synergi platform: onboarding/offboarding vendors, users, and services.
  • Coordinate Dun & Bradstreet audits to assess vendors’ financial stability.
  • Advise global BUs on alignment with the TPGF risk framework.
  • Ensure proper vendor offboarding and deactivation in Synergi and related systems.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (written and spoken) – global team interaction.
  • Experience with tools such as Beeline, Synergi, SharePoint, Excel, and OneTrust.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, data auditing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in agile environments and vendor governance methodologies.
