What you will do
The Director of Cloud Security Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution for global cloud security solutions within the Access Control, Video, & Surveillance (ACVS) team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders and will work closely with product management and engineering teams to align product offerings of new security solutions in the cloud environment.
How you will do it
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive cloud security solution sales within the ACVS market.
Develop new channel opportunities, marketing campaigns creating demand and lead generation.
Oversee all aspects of sales and develop measurements for analysis, trending and forecasting to support growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to create demand generation campaigns that effectively position cloud security solutions.
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including training on cloud security products and sales techniques.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with leaders from cross functional departments including R&D, Product Management and Operations expressing our strengths and/or opportunities in the market to pivot for greater success.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on cloud security or IT solutions.
Experience leading and building a global sales organization and developing talent.
Must demonstrate high level of business acumen, ability to negotiate with C-Level executives in generating multi-million-dollar global Request for Proposals (RFP’s).
Enterprise software and solution selling experience.
Preferably direct knowledge of selling cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) security solution.
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
Strong leadership and management skills and success in building and leading a results-driven team of sales professionals.
Initial travel 50-75%. Approximately 50% travel after.
Hiring Salary Range: $138,900 - $185,400, salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
