Be part of our Incident Response Team, responding swiftly to waste and water events.
As a Waste Incident Response Team Manager we are looking for someone who is interested in developing themselves as a first class leader, and help us achieve our Goal of taking care of one of life’s essentials.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Waste Incident Responders (Tanker Drivers) who will respond to incidents preventing any potential pollution or customer impact, developing their skills and response capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
In this role you will be supporting our Waste Customer Operations incident response to prevent pollutions in our region.
You will provide onsite incident support of Operations teams on the ground by supervising incident management and liaising with contractor and STW fleet on any requirements.
You’ll be expected to show passion and enthusiasm to embrace, identify and drive continuous improvement within the team.
In this role, you will lead performance improvement and sustainability initiatives using SBF tools, manage budgets, and ensure 24/7 coverage. You will develop reporting tools to enhance pollution and flooding performance and manage on-site incident responses for wastewater events.
Additionally, you will ensure team compliance with regulations, maintain the company’s Operating License conditions, and attend necessary meetings. You will manage stakeholder relationships, mentor the Incident Response Team, champion comm cell ownership, and provide logistical support as needed.
You won’t be on your own though, you will be Working flexibly with other Response Managers to create the most effective and efficient Incident Response Team you can.
