OT Cybersecurity Manager

About the role:

As a Sr OT Cybersecurity Manager, you will manage the cybersecurity operations for Operational Technology (OT) environments under the direction of the Chief Information Security Officer. You will develop cybersecurity strategies and procedures to protect OT systems and networks from cyber threats that align with the existing Enterprise Cybersecurity Program and in-country regulatory requirements. The Senior OT Cybersecurity Manager will work with several departments, including cybersecurity, IT, plant management, and operations, to ensure the security and integrity of OT systems.

The position is hybrid if located near Pittsburgh, PA (3 days in office and 2 remote or remote for anyone outside of a commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, align, and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies for OT environments and integrations with existing IT environments.

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, plant management, and operations teams to ensure the security and integrity of OT systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards

  Lead briefings, develop/report important OT cybersecurity metrics, and work on financial operational tasks.

• Provide operational guidance to the CISO and develop detailed work plans for completing tasks.

• Manage team ensuring, accurate, and successful execution of goals and projects.

   

   

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in OT Cyber Security

• 2+ Years of management experience

• Bachelor Degree in IT, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

• Professional certifications, such as CISSP, GISCP, or other applicable information security credentials.
