Purpose
As the Regional Information Security Manager, you will be the primary liaison for IDEMIA Public Security (IPS), managing IT and cybersecurity requirements for your region. Reporting to the IPS CISO, you will enhance security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
Key Missions
- IT & Security Coordination: Serve as the key contact between IPS and IDEMIA Group IT to address cybersecurity and IT challenges
- Incident Management: Lead security incident response, ensuring rapid detection, investigation, and resolution of threats
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate security risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Threat Monitoring & Vulnerability Management: Strengthen security monitoring, detect threats, and manage vulnerabilities proactively
- Cloud & Endpoint Security: Enhance security measures for cloud environments and endpoints
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT, security, and business teams to align security initiatives with business goals
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide regular updates, security metrics, and implement best practices to improve security posture
Profile & Other Information
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- 5+ years working with security tools such as SIEM (Splunk), Vulnerability Scanning (Tenable), IAM (Okta), and Host/Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike)
- Expertise in enterprise security, risk management, forensics, EDR, IAM, and cloud security
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
