Das Team „Segregation of Duty“ (SoD) innerhalb des Bereichs CSO ISPS (Information Security Production Services) ist dafür verantwortlich, dass eine wirksame Kontrolle für die Funktionstrennung umgesetzt wird. Der zentrale SoD Ansatz basiert unter anderem auf einem zentralen Funktionsmodell der Bank, der sogenannten Functional Taxonomy (FT), die mithilfe von SoD Regeln die Gewährung unzulässiger Kombinationen von Zugriffsrechten erkennt bzw. verhindert.

Zur Unterstützung des für die Deutsche Bank essentiellen Themas „Segregation of Duties“ (SoD)suchen wir eine/n Information Security Specialist (d/m/w), die/der die bankweite Implementierung des zugehörigen Programms vorantreibt und als Product Owner den SoD Ansatz weiterentwickelt.

Aufgabenbeschreibung

• Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team, das für alle SoD relevanten, kritischen IT Anwendungen die Implementierung von SoD Regeln koordiniert

• Analyse der Stärken, Schwächen und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden SoD Ansatzes und der erforderlichen Maintenance Prozesse

• Weiterentwicklung der Metrik zur Messung von Effizienz und Effektivität der SoD Prozesse

• Effektive Kommunikation mit den internationalen Stakeholdern in den einzelnen Business Units (Geschäftsbereichen), der Chief BISO/BISO Organisation sowie Unterstützung interner und externer Audit Prüfungen zum Thema Segregation of Duties

• Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der IT Architektur der zentralen Identity & Access Management Lösungen (Central Solutions)

Anforderungsprofil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre bzw. vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

• Fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Information Security, Identity & Access Management und von bankinternen Geschäftsprozessen

• Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Anforderungen an die IT, insbesondere MaRisk, BAIT sowie mit Information Security „Best Practice Modellen“ (i.e. ISO 2700x)

• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, ein lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke

• Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Department & Team

The team “Segregation of duty” (SoD) within department CSO ISPS (Information Security Production Services) is responsible that an effective separation of functions is implemented. The central SoD approach is based, among other things, on a central functional model of the bank, the so-called Functional Taxonomy (FT), which uses SoD rules to detect or prevent the granting of inadmissible combinations of access rights.

To support the regulatory relevant “Segregation of Duties” (SoD) control we are looking for an Information Security Specialist (f/m/x) who will drive the bank-wide implementation of the respective program and further develop the SoD approach as a product owner.

General tasks

• Close collaboration within an international project team responsible for implementing SoD rules for all SoD relevant and critical applications

• Analysis of strengths and weaknesses with continuous improvement of the SoD implementation approach and SoD maintenance processes in place

• Evolve the means to analyze and quantify efficiency and effectiveness of SoD processes

• Effective communication with key stakeholders in Business, IT and Chief BISO community as well as support of internal and external audit investigations regarding Segregation of Duties

• Active cooperation to enhance the IT architecture of central solutions within Identity & Access

Required skills

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable professional experience

• Previous experience in the area of Information Security, Identity & Access Management of a financial service company

• Familiar with regulatory IT requirements of a bank, especially driven by the MaRisk, BAIT as well as with Information Security “best practice models” (i.e. ISO 2700x)

• Strong analytical skills and capabilities as well as a solution-focused work approach combined with a well-marked level of communication

• Excellent command of English and German
