About the role

About the role

Join Partner Solutions (PSI) team as an Analyst, Vulnerability and Patch Management. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing and managing vulnerabilities within information systems. You will carry out vulnerability analyses to uncover potential weaknesses and participate in the implementation of remediation strategies and the ongoing monitoring of systems.

What you'll do here: 

  • Continuously monitor vulnerabilities via specialized management tools, security advisories and vulnerability databases.

  • Classify vulnerabilities according to their potential impact and coordinate with the various IT teams to establish a risk-aligned remediation plan.

  • Proactively manage security updates and software patches, respecting maintenance cycles and ensuring their effective deployment.

  • Rigorously monitor patching commitments in accordance with defined SLAs, particularly for critical vulnerabilities.

  • Monitor KPIs related to vulnerability management (e.g. MTTR, SLA compliance rate, vulnerability trends). Reporting for governance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, security, DevOps teams) to integrate vulnerability management into operational processes and ensure clear communication of risks and actions.

  • Regularly review processes and tools to optimize vulnerability management and anticipate new threats.

  • Maintain documentation relating to threat management.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in information security.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn.

  • Critical thinking skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment to training, self-study and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills.

  • Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
