How to contribute to our vision

For our Industrial Cybersecurity department, we are looking for a student worker to help us on our cybersecurity journey. You will be working across 2 teams in contact with around 20 people. Our teams are international and inclusive. In this role, you will support us in implementing efficient and effective communication and reporting on industrial cybersecurity topics, thus contributing to strengthening the cybersecurity culture in the organization. Our mission is to make a lasting impact on both internal and external stakeholders through clear, structured, and engaging communication.

Core responsibilities:

• SharePoint Maintenance: Improvement and maintenance of our internal SharePoint sites, including workflows and automation.

• Documentation: Optimize and maintain ICYS documents, templates and workflows.

• Viva Engage Communication Channel Maintenance: Maintain the Industrial Cybersecurity presence on the internal communication channels.

• Assemble Management Presentations: Create, edit, and enhance presentations for management.

• Report Collection and Distribution: Gather and distribute reports within the organization.

• Task and Project Management: Independently plan and deliver tasks that are part of cybersecurity projects involving stakeholders from various parts of the organization.

What You Need to Make a Difference

Enthusiasm for securing renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change are essential. We are looking for individuals who want to make a tangible difference and contribute to the transition to renewable energy, changing the world for the better.

The ideal candidate is/has:

• You are studying for your bachelor's or master's degree at a university in Denmark.

• You possess excellent verbal and written English skills.

• PowerPoint Proficiency: Proficiency in creating, editing, and “polishing” presentations.

• Excel Competence: Ability to understand and extract data using Excel.

• SharePoint: Basic skills in updating and maintaining SharePoint.

• Stakeholder Management: Clear communication skills for requesting and delivering information to stakeholders.

• Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively based on business needs.

• Automation Workflow Knowledge: Basic understanding of automation workflows (preferably SharePoint) or power platforms.

Good to have:

• Interest in Cybersecurity
