About the Role

As an Information Security Digital Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling digital content that helps our global workforce stay cyber-aware. With a presence in many countries outside of the UK, our security messaging must resonate across diverse teams and cultures. Your work will transform complex security topics into visually appealing and digestible formats that drive behavioural change and reduce security risks.

Security should be accessible, engaging, and memorable, and this role helps achieve that through creative storytelling and impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Content: Develop digital materials based on design briefs, project plans, or ad-hoc requests, ensuring security messaging is accessible and impactful.
• Design Digital Assets: Create graphics, infographics, posters, and social media-style content to support security awareness campaigns and drive engagement.
• Support a Content Library: Maintain and contribute to a repository of digital assets for internal security awareness initiatives.
• Produce Rapid-Response Content: Quickly create and deliver timely security messages in response to emerging incidents, ensuring clear and effective communication under tight deadlines.
• Enhance Visual Storytelling: Bring security topics to life through animated 1-minute explainers, infographics, or longer-form video content that make complex concepts more engaging.

Ensure High-Quality Output: Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure consistency within brand guidelines, delivering polished and professional content.

What We’re Looking For

• A Keen Eye for Design: Ensuring content is visually striking, functional, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Industry-Standard Tools: Including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve. An ability to adapt to, be open to, and learn new software quickly is key.
• Strong Time Management and Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests while meeting deadlines effectively.
• A Collaborative Mindset: Able to work closely with the Infosec team within Awareness while also taking ownership of tasks and working independently.

• Experience with Video Content Creation: Including helping with scripting, and filming, but primarily video editing and animation to enhance security messaging.
• Understanding of Social Media Trends: With the ability to adapt security messaging to trending formats and styles to maximise engagement.
• Experience in UI/UX Design: Ensuring digital content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligns with best practices in design and engagement.
