Solutions Architect (AI Focus)

Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect with an AI Focus to join our talented team to develop the AI automation capabilities within an IT operations environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Azure Services with integrations into Azure AI services to establish AIOps and IT operational efficiencies. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure Cloud Services and Azure AI Services, relevant cloud technologies, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  

This is a hybrid posistion. Presence on site is required. 

Responsibilities:  

• Lead out on developing Cloud Automation to support CI/CD pipelines using Azure Services and Azure AI Services. 
• Design and leverage AI for optimal technological operations to improve the design, implementation, scalability, performance, security, and resilience of cloud solutions that integrate seamlessly with a hybrid cloud and on-premises server environment and desktop support services.  
• Identify, develop and deploy AI solutions while integrating new technologies, focused on cloud infrastructure management, analytics, automation.  
• Develop proactive monitoring approaches enhanced by AI, automated emergency response, and continuous support.  
• Provide overall AI guidance and training to team to establish skills and culture for AI integrated solutions and support.  
• Enhance Service Desk technologies using AI-driven tools to improve support and satisfaction. Implement AI-driven solutions for continuous hardware and software support for servers, both on-premises and in the cloud.  
• Capture project requirements accurately, via oral and written skills  
• Lead sessions in developing solutions for business needs or problems  
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule 

Qualifications

Required  

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on AI, including experience in AI model development and deployment.  
• Proficiency in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).  
• Proficiencies in Cloud Automation and IAC tools such as Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, Bicep, and Pulumni  
• Proficiencies with with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins for implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows 
• Proficiency in Azure Automation, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet for managing and automating system configurations 
• Possess analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills that help with planning, monitoring, risk mitigation, and analyzing business solutions from a technical AI perspective  
• 6+ years of experience with developing automation efficiencies within IT Operations.  
• In-depth knowledge of AI principles, technologies, and architectures, with expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.  
• Experience with implementing AI or AI-related strategies to advance Federal customer mission, goals and objectives  

Preferred 

• Certifications in AI or cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).  
• Previous Federal Consulting Experience
