We are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our high-caliber team.

Your Role

You will support the Group’s compliance function, ensuring adherence to information security, data protection, and cybersecurity regulations. You will assist in implementing compliance policies, monitoring regulatory requirements, and contributing to a secure and trustworthy business environment.

Your Responsibilities

🔹 Regulatory Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Assist in implementing ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS 2, and DORA compliance policies
• Support data protection processes and regulatory alignment

🔹 Information Security & Risk Management

• Assist in risk management procedures related to information security and cybersecurity
• Collaborate with IT & Security teams to enhance data protection policies
• Help with compliance reporting and audits

🔹 Audit & Compliance Monitoring

• Track and support the resolution of compliance findings
• Assist in coordinating with external auditors and regulatory authorities

🔹 Training & Awareness

• Assist in developing and delivering compliance training sessions
• Provide guidance to teams on compliance-related matters

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Understanding of ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS 2, and DORA
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for international compliance work

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CIPP/E, CISM, CISSP

• Experience in Compliance, IT Security, or GRC roles
• Familiarity with internal audits & risk management
• Experience with regulatory authorities or external auditors
