Overview:

Job Title: Configuration Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Configuration Manager to support and ensure configuration control of IT devices operated and managed at the Los Angeles AFB in support of the 61st CS. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• IT Systems & Device Configuration & Compliance
• Review all directives for applicability (MTOs, NOTAMs, TCNOs, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with directives
• Manage automated/mass software deployments
• Settings and Policy – Group policy
• Report Compliance to Information Assurance
• Maintain Configuration Change Database
• Develop, document, administer, modify, patch, and maintain configuration management data and tools, to support mission requirements as identified by the 61 CS.
• Maintain Custom Applications and tools and support non-core software
• Tier 3 Support, including advanced troubleshooting of workstations and special hardware evaluations.
• Computer Forensics, as needed for criminal investigations in support of lawful authorities.
• Other duties as required.

Work is performed full-time on site in Los Angeles, CA.

In compliance with California's Pay Transparency requirements, the following information is being disclosed. If the position applied to is not located in California, the following information may not apply. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Trace salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, Trace provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, company holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Salary Minimum:   $50,000

Salary Maximum:  $102,000

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or CISSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP or Microsoft: MCSA or equivalent or higher level certifications.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science OR 5 years of relevant experience.
