- Keep the network running and proposing conducting network upgrades based on business requirements Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.
- Security Specialist in areas of Security Monitoring & Response services, responsible for development, implementation & delivery. Performs & implements threat detection, hunting, incident monitoring, investigation & response activities are effectively delivered and enhanced for future.
- Support customer during the emergency, service unavailability and outages (24*7).
- One of the key functions of Managed Security Services MSS operations Security Governance, Risk amp Compliance Management, OMS security infrastructure management, Security Monitoring amp Response Management.
- Performs routine tasks within standardised procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. EG Performing health Check, Monitor security devices amp applications related events and alerts, Configure VPN, First level security devices amp applications troubleshooting.
- Undertakes function through analysis of status or performance indicators security service configuration requirements and possible solutions, and for routine situations decides and performs a range of actions to resolve abnormalities security service configuration requirements through knowledge and technical experience.
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others while using own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Support customer during the emergency, service unavailability and outages (24*7).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience Security Operations Support.
- Establish mechanisms for collecting, normalizing, and aggregating logs from various Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
- Experience in developing viewing and updating SIEM/EDR use cases, basic threat hunting, as well as successfully executing programs that meet the objectives of excellence in a dynamic business environment
- Experience on Splunk (SIEM) and CrowdStrike (EDR) platforms are preferred
- Knowledge of business management and security risk management and cybersecurity technologies
- Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
- Should be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements e.g. Country specific industry security conditions, CII (Critical Information Infrastructure) regulations etc.
- Good analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
- Ability to motivate the security analysts to achieve security operations goals.
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, MITRE as well as those from NIST, including 800-53 and Cybersecurity Framework
- Good level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
Preferred Skill:
- Basic security knowledge/ Capability
- Any of the applicable, recognized industry security certifications like (CEH, NSE, CompTIA+) or SIEM and EDR (Splunk, ArcSight or Q-Radar, CrowdStrike or MS Defender) certification.
