Solutions Architect

The Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time.

• Serve as an end-to-end Security Architect for complex Security Products & Solutions, with expertise in NIAM, FW, DNS, and the NetGuard Security Product Suite.
• Proficient in Requirement Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Design, including Requirement Definition, High-level design, Dimensioning, Low-level design, Solution Validation Strategy, and Test Plans.
• Experienced in Penetration Testing, Security Assessment, and Audit work.
• Contribute expert technical knowledge to the design of security infrastructures that align with customer security policies and doctrines.
• Assist clients in assessing vulnerabilities from cyber-attacks through social engineering or technical assessments, and enhance their security infrastructure and cyber security analytics capabilities.
• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of information assurance, including applications, operating systems, physical security, networks, risk assessment, critical infrastructure continuity, and contingency planning.
• Perform software evaluations and testing of new and existing security solutions, and install, configure, and operate technology safeguard solutions in complex environments.
• Collaborate with the Security team to deliver offers using local and global teams and external subcontractors, with the ability to work in different time zones and travel up to 50% as required.

• 13+ years in Security Architecture with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Expertise in SaaS, Proxy/API architecture, Cloud security, IAM, Data Compliance, SSO, and Shadow IT.
• Excellent communication skills, self-driven leader, strong team player, and adept at complex relationships.
• Results-focused, creative problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills. Knowledgeable in security tools, design for security, and GDPR.
• Proficient in AWS, GCP, Firewall, NIDS/NIPS, WAF, Antivirus, IAM, SIEM, DevSecOps, and Web Application Firewalls. Understanding of object-oriented design and algorithms.
• Experienced in Java 8, Cloud, Docker, OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, BPMN, Drools, NoSQL, Linux, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, RabbitMQ, JSON, git, Jenkins, Maven, device protocols, and cryptography.
