Overview

The Program Manager role supports of the Project Manager Cyber and Spce (PM C&S) Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA). This role will also enable career growth with the opportunity to support business growth, lead personnel management, and take on greater responsibilities as additional contract opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform systems planning, management, analysis, integration, installation and training tasks that include all aspects of preparing and implementing a highly complex and integrated array of hardware, software (applications and operating systems), networks and procedures.
  • Perform updating, upgrading, security hardening and maintenance tasks on a variety of servers including physical, virtual and cloud based.
  • Perform Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) configurations on Windows, Linux, and Network based technologies
  • Use script Infrastructure as Code using technologies such as Amazon CloudFormation, Terraform or Ansible.
  • Perform troubleshooting of server, network, desktop and software configurations.
  • Perform Help Desk actions – support existing staff in troubleshooting systems access, unlocking accounts, group policy, installation of updates and software, maintenance of computers, viewing vendor’s sites for updates, market research for Information Assurance equipment and supplies.
  • Remotely assist all off-site locations and users on software issues and updates; ensure adequate network connectivity, backups of network servers, setup and monitor all secure VTC sessions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Over six years experience with systems administration and desktop support
  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification as specified in the DoD 8570-01-M (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
  • Top Secret/SCI
