Privacy & Compliance Management Assistant   (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Privacy Compliance Support: Assist in privacy and data compliance matters to ensure business operations comply with GDPR and related regulations.
  • Regulatory Monitoring & Analysis: Track and interpret European and German privacy protection, business compliance, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations, assess their impact on the company, and provide compliance recommendations.
  • Compliance Risk Management: Participate in identifying, assessing, and managing compliance risks, assisting in developing and optimizing compliance strategies and mitigation measures.
  • Compliance Audits: Support internal reviews of compliance, assisting in compliance assessments, record-keeping, and remediation efforts.
  • Policy & Process Management: Support the development of compliance policies, optimize compliance management processes, and improve the overall compliance framework.
  • Training & Awareness Programs: Organize or assist in privacy protection, data compliance, and business compliance training to enhance employees’ legal awareness and compliance consciousness

Your areas of expertise

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Information Security, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in privacy compliance, legal affairs, risk management, corporate auditing, or EHS compliance.
  • Language Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of drafting compliance reports and policy documents.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other European data privacy regulations, with a solid understanding of data protection compliance.
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance management, including business compliance and EHS requirements.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, document management, and report writing.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent learning ability and execution skills, with the ability to independently drive compliance initiatives.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-department communication skills.
