As a Director in the Risk and Analytics (R&A) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision, cultivating prospective clients, and designing and aligning products for the R&A cyber consulting solutions. You will be responsible for spearheading R&A’s initiatives to generate impactful engagements, both internally and externally, ensuring strategic growth, innovation, and market leadership. Your mission will be to help WTW address the cyber risk implications for a diverse range of clients, from mid-market to high-profile, with tailored, cutting-edge solutions that set WTW apart from competitors.

In this role, you will lead large, high-visibility client engagements, develop and manage active pipelines, and foster relationships with current and prospective clients. You will leverage WTW’s existing client facing distribution to generate scale. You will showcase how our superior strategic resources and capabilities can effectively address client concerns. Additionally, you will serve as a key voice in the marketplace, contributing to the evolution and delivery of cyber risk consulting across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

The Role

  • Lead the efforts to grow the Risk & Analytics team’s Cyber Risk Consulting business 
  • Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to medium and large, complex clients in the design and management of their cyber risk and mitigation programs.
  • Partake in the development of cyber risk consulting solution offerings with the leadership of the cyber risk consulting team based on valuable client interactions outcomes. 
  • Primary accountability for creating and executing a business strategy to penetrate the local and international markets through collaboration with WTW’s producers, client account leads and the R&A teams to effectively collaborate on sales opportunities. 
  • Onboard and retain new clients and participate in the growth of revenue with clients once on board.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals
  • Serve as senior cyber risk strategist for clients, ensuring that risk and mitigation advice meets clients’ needs and fits within overall cyber insurance strategy of the client.
  • Raise awareness of WTW's capabilities in the marketplace through conference appearances and various other profile building venues
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
  • Help to identify and develop future talent

The Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in the leadership role in intelligence, cyber threat intelligence, and/or cyber risk management. 
  • Track record of success in managing and growing large client relationships, together with proven ability to generate new go to market solutions for cyber risk management and cyber threat management. 
  • An executive presence with impeccable communication skills and well developed written and oral skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
  • Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in cyber threats, cyber risk, and cyber insurance nuances and trends, and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and other collaborative work digital tools. 
  • Availability to travel regularly: 25% travel. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits 

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $125,000 - $250,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
