As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect our systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, oversee security operations, and ensure compliance within a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in implementing and maintaining security measures
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
• Implement security solutions to address identified threats
• Coordinate incident response and manage data breach situations
• Stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence and industry trends in cybersecurity
• Conduct regular security awareness training for employees
• Report regularly to senior management on security measures and any breaches
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory cybersecurity requirements

What You’ll Need

• Experience building security teams
• Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Manager or similar role within the software/finance industry
• Strong knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks and standards
• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and data encryption
• Strong understanding of risk management and incident response procedures
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Bonus Points

• Experience in Fintech or other regulated industries
• Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
• Hands-on experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices
