We’re looking for a Senior Reporting & Security Analyst to join the People Team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Design and build complex, scalable reporting solutions using Workday tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, Dashboards, Prism, Worksheets) to support business needs
Develop and maintain a robust security model, configuring security groups, roles, domain, business process, and report security while ensuring compliance with data and system access standards
Manage the reporting & security service request queues, prioritizing based on urgency and business impact while analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
Establish and enforce best practices for Workday reporting products, optimizing structure, access, and usage to improve scalability, maintainability, and self-service adoption
Partner closely with the People Analytics team to align Workday reporting strategy with analytical reporting offerings in external tools, ensuring a cohesive organizational reporting approach
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across reporting solutions, maintaining a data dictionary to document data sources, calculations, and definitions
Drive standardized data interpretation across the business, data lake, and reporting tools
Maintain a security access control matrix that documents roles, security groups, functional access, and approval processes to guide appropriate provisioning
Own regulatory and compliance reporting, managing report maintenance, change management, and business collaboration for timely and accurate filings
Debug and troubleshoot reporting and security issues, conducting root cause analysis, regression testing, and implementing resolutions
Drive effective governance of SOX controls for Workday user access and key control reporting
Champion data integrity, monitoring data quality, executing data cleansing activities, and supporting data transformation, conversion, and purge efforts
Design and deliver end-user training, maintaining documentation and providing consultative guidance on reporting, security, and data capabilities and limitations
Partner with configurations team to thoroughly evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the reporting impacts and security considerations of associated configuration changes
Lead all phases of Workday feature releases related to Workday reporting and security
Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Extensive experience working with the following Workday modules - Core HCM, Comp, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking
Advanced working knowledge with Advanced, Composite, Matrix and Trending reporting, Calculated Fields, Prism Analytics, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
Strong proficiency in Workday security concepts, business process policies, domains, security groups, and assignable roles.
Ability to creatively and quickly adapt to various situations
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels
Ability to manage contending priorities successfully
Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills
Experience in working with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of demonstrated experience configuring Workday security and developing Workday reporting solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years extensive experience working with the following Workday modules - Core HCM, Comp, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking
5+ years experience experience configuring Workday security and developing Workday reporting solutions
Workday Pro certifications in HCM Reporting, Prism Analytics, and/or Security

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$196,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
