The initial focus for the role is to take ownership for continuously improving and maintaining all aspects of the organization's Incident Response Plan (IRP), leading proactive and reactive incident response activities, and conducting root cause analysis to ensure relevant risks are appropriately identified and managed.

Additional the successful candidate will gradually acquire ownership of the organization's Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and all resulting activities.

TODO

• Assesses the compliance, identifies deficiencies, determines risk level, recommends solutions and give guidance and support to ensure Nokia information is protected in line with the Nokia Information Security Policy, done in a cost effective and innovative way bringing value, through simplification, standardisation and homogenisation.

• Engages with stakeholders and shares knowledge and expertise on the IT security management and related security management perspectives across the organisation to ensure IT security management is adequately represented on relevant business and governance forums and is known, well-integrated, and well-respected across the enterprise. 

• Supports business stakeholders to improve their security posture by defining the present risk level, setting the standard which risk is acceptable and defining remediation actions.

• Establishes appropriate standards and criteria. 

• Drives a cultural change around Information Security. Identifies security needs of the Business Groups (BGs)/ Corporate Functions (CFs); assesses solutions and makes suggestions for improvement and prepares the necessary steps so that these needs can be timely addressed. 

• Develops and implements standards for appropriate security. 

• Creates the cyber security view over advance environment of interactions, dependencies and opportunities. 

• Acts as a professional leader for staff / work team / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource within own organisational unit and / or is recognised as an expert within the same professional area in the business.

• Contributes to projects in accordance to our corporate processes.

May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues.

Knowledge & Experience

Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
