JOB SUMMARY

The Information Security Leader for Edenred Romania is responsible for overseeing and managing information security at business unit level. This position requires leadership skills, governance and technical expertise, and the ability to interact with C-level and Edenred clients.

This position will work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure the security of Edenred's information assets.

This position reports directly to the B&E Europe Security Leader and has a dotted line to the Edenred Romania CTO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

»  Develop, adapt and implement the information security strategy and roadmap in for Edenred Romania, aligned with Edenred standards and local regulatory requirements.

»  Collaborate with local business unit to assess security risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

»  Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including access management, vulnerability management, data protection, and incident response.

»  Oversee the implementation of security-by-design approach in both local development and Global platforms rollouts in BU’s, working closely with product and technology teams.

»  Serve as the primary point of contact for information security matters in Edenred Romania, providing guidance, raising awareness, and supporting to local teams and stakeholders.

»  Monitor and report on security performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on analysis and feedback.

»  Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into the regional security strategy.

»  Approximately 5+ years’ experience, including experience in similar function

»  Technological background plus process exposure

»  Third Party Risk Management experience

»  Fluent English level (mandatory)

»  Soft skills

o   Good communication skills

o   Proactive

o   Pragmatic and solution-oriented

o   Agile spirit

»  Experience in matrix and international IT organizations is a plus

»  Previous consulting experience is a plus
