Cybersecurity compliance specialist

In the Product Cybersecurity group we enable Scania to offer products and services with the required cybersecurity. Together we analyse the needs and make sure that the architecture provides a secure foundation for the sustainable transportation, electrification and autonomous vehicle solutions of the future. We also ensure that our products can fulfil the legal and regulatory cybersecurity requirements in the global context. Understanding future needs and the risk landscape is part of our work but we also dive in to the technical details of software, hardware, protocols and the implications on compliance.

The group

The group consists of people with different expertise, experiences, age and background. While we work with serious topics, we have an open, humoristic and friendly approach towards each other.

As manager of the group I am positive, supportive and I strive for an open and inclusive leadership. I put great trust in all team members and involve the team in important decisions. I am always open for new suggestions and try to create the best environment possible, for the team, and for each individual team member to succeed.

Your role

As a cybersecurity compliance specialist, you will help ensure that the cybersecurity solutions we develop are future proof in relation to legal requirements and regulations. Engaging in certification activities such as vehicle type approvals is a core part of this role. You will work together with various technical experts from different parts of the organisation to ensure our capability to show legal compliance. You will also have direct contact with testing services and authorities. 
The organisation has since long a well-established framework / management system for ensuring that compliance is part of the complete product life-cycle. 
 

Your profile

You probably have a BSc, MSc in engineering or similar knowledge gained from work experience. You have a number of years professional experience from cybersecurity or similar compliance roles, during which you have gained an amount of integrity in your professional role. You are passionate about the topic and find it easy to cooperate. You are motivated by responsibility and enjoy solving problems. You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
